Republic Services, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, is seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative for our Dallas Call Center. Apply your customer service experience, organization and computer skills, keen desire to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include but are not limited to:
Receive customer/agent requests by telephone, chat or email.
Analyze requests and provide accurate information.
Quickly and efficiently access needed information/warm transfer requests to proper staff.
Resolves customer/agent questions related to Payments; status of Policy and or Claims.
Ability to operate in a call center setting
2-years of customer service experience
Must have pleasant telephone voice and excellent organizational skills
Organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to navigate a computer and phone system
